btk99 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
btk99 believes that enjoyable gaming is only possible when it is safe and controlled — we are always here to support you.
For 21+ Only
The btk99 platform operates strictly for users aged 21 and above. We verify age at the time of account registration and take every precaution to prevent access by minors.
If there are children or teenagers in your household, please keep parental controls active on your device and keep your account credentials secure. Gaming is adult entertainment — it is never for children.
Important Warning
Gambling is entertainment, not an obligation. Always keep the following in mind:
- Play for fun only, not as a source of income.
- Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
- Never play with borrowed money or money your family needs.
- Avoid playing when you are under stress or anxiety.
- Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or medication.
Tools to Control Your Gaming
btk99 gives you several powerful tools to manage your own gaming experience.
Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once set, reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it is subject to a 24-hour cooldown.
Time-Out Break
If you feel tired or overwhelmed, take a time-out for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in, making it easier to avoid the urge to play.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion — you can close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. Requests to reopen the account during this period will not be accepted.
Session Time Limits
Set a limit on how long you play in one sitting. When the time is up, a warning message will appear automatically and your session will end.
Gaming History Review
View a full history of all your bets, wins and losses, and deposits and withdrawals in the profile section. Understanding your own patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.
24/7 Support
If you have any concerns about your gaming, contact our Bengali live chat support at any time, any day. We are here to help without judgment.
Recognize the Signs of Problem Gambling
If any of the following applies to you or someone close to you, it is time to seek help.
- Repeatedly playing to try to win back lost money ("chasing losses").
- Being unable to reduce the amount you play, failing repeatedly despite trying.
- Hiding your gambling from family or friends, or lying about it.
- Turning to gaming to relieve stress, depression, or anxiety.
- Borrowing money or selling assets to fund your gambling.
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities to keep playing.
- No longer feeling the same excitement unless you bet more and more money.
Is Your Gaming Under Control?
The foundation of responsible gaming is regularly evaluating yourself. Ask yourself the following questions:
Am I playing just for fun?
Gaming should be for entertainment, not to solve problems or earn income.
Do I have a set budget?
Decide on a fixed amount before each session and do not go beyond it.
Can I stop when I need to?
Being able to stop as planned — whether winning or losing — is what true control looks like.

Responsible Gaming Policy
How Deposit Limits Work
The deposit limit at btk99 is the most effective tool for your financial safety. You can set a maximum amount to deposit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The minimum deposit on our platform is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Once you reach your set limit, no further deposits can be made until the next period begins.
Self-Exclusion — A Courageous Decision
Self-exclusion is a courageous step toward being honest with yourself. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During this period, no promotional emails or messages will be sent to you. There is no option to reopen your account before the exclusion period ends — this is your guarantee of protection.
Keep Your Family Safe
If there are children or teenagers in your home, keep them away from online gaming sites. Use parental control software on your devices and store your login credentials in a secure place. Your btk99 account is entirely personal — never let anyone else use it.
Set Realistic Expectations
Gaming is entertainment and it carries risk. The outcome of every game is controlled by a random number generator (RNG), so no strategy or pattern guarantees a win. It is wise not to expect to profit from gaming in the long run. Every gaming session is for enjoyment, not income.
Financial Management
Set up a separate gaming budget allocated as an "entertainment budget" outside your monthly expenses. When transacting via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, do not send more than the amount you decided on in advance. At the end of the month, check whether you stayed within your entertainment budget.
